Started to play drums at the age of 15. He „studied“ Ginger Baker´s playing and listened to his music day by day. Peter has the world´s biggest collection on Ginger Baker. He is trading with people all around the world. In this way he made contact with Terry and Andy. He plays in the local Austrian band "Nasty Habits", with who he played as opening act for bands like Manfred Mann, Nazareth, Glenn Hughes and Joe Lynn Turner, or the ex - Whitesnake members Bernie Marsden, Micky Moody and Neil Murray. In August 2010 the band released an album featuring Deep Purple´s founding member Nick Simper, titled "The Deep Purple Mk1 Songbook".
